Great care was taken to make this menu from Pennsylvania as interesting as possible. There's the wonderfully colorful cover, attractive graphics and illustrations of seafood, a chef and a chef's hat on the interior and a beautifully drawn drinks guide. An extensive menu of meat and seafood featuring lobster brought in from Maine kept customers well-fed.
